Gautham has over 27 years of experience in semiconductor processing and packaging technologies and has held top management jobs at Schott Advanced Packaging Ltd and Freescale Semiconductors Ltd before founding ICC. Gautham is also the founder director of Microsys International that operates in the solar energy space and sits on the board of IPV Energy Corp and Extreme Energy Inc. USA. Gautham is also the visiting professor and member of technical advisory committees at Karnataka State Open University and University of Mysore in India. Gautham is a bachelor's and master's degree graduate from IIT-Madras and has invented 12 international patents in semiconductor packaging and manufacturing processes.

Vinayak has over 8 years of research and industry experience in the field on MEMS, semiconductor processing and microfluidics technologies and has invented 6 international patents in the areas of biomedical micro/nano devices and polymer/glass micromachining. Vinayak was involved in new BioMEMS product development at Bigtec Labs in India and was in the R&D team for development of through wafer via process for wafer level packaging at Alcatel Micromachining Systems in France followed by managing industrial R&D at the biomedical engineering hub and the center for digital and precision engineering at Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore. Vinayak holds a dual Masters degree in MEMS Engineering from ESIEE-Paris and NTU-Singapore and a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from University of Pune, India.
